The Summit

This event will be held on September 15, 2026 and features a full day of MCLE programming, along with breakfast, lunch, and a reception, as well as numerous networking opportunities for members and sponsors.

One Single-Track MCLE Panel Session

    • Venue is chosen by the Chapter. Event expenses (venue, AV, food and beverages) are included in the sponsor fee.

    • Topics presented at the Summit will be selected by ACC Chicago from sponsor submissions. The committee will work with sponsors to design panels that will be of most interest and value to our members.

    • Panels will be composed of no more than four panelists and one of the panelists MUST be an in-house counsel. All panels will be submitted for Illinois MCLE credit approval. Substantive educational handouts will be required to be developed by sponsors.

    • All sponsors will receive recognition in marketing materials for the Summit and will be permitted to distribute promotional items, contribute raffle items and provide one pop-up sign to be placed by ACC Chicago staff at event.

    • ACC Chicago reserves the right to modify the structure and scheduling of this event.

    • The sponsorship fees for the Summit are only for sponsorship rights. Necessary hotel arrangements and travel expenses for Sponsor personnel are not included in sponsorship fees.

2026 Celebration Event

Social Events

Host a casual networking event in a unique venue

Interactive events, such as cooking classes, service activities, ping pong and other table games, are particularly well received. Platinum Sponsors will have first choice of month, then each sponsor will choose a month (first come, first served). Raffle prizes are permitted, and sponsors may collect member contact information for such raffles! Social events are to be held outside of the Sponsor offices.

Signature Event

Niche legal discussions for targeted audiences

Present a more targeted topic than an MCLE presentation to a small group of in-house counsel who specialize in that area of law. Roundtables are facilitated discussions rather than a lecture or presentation. The typical roundtable discussion includes 2-3 sponsor attorneys and 5-15 in-house counsel getting to know each other over breakfast or lunch.

Summer Internship Program Sponsorship

Empowered students and networking opportunities

ACC Chicago conducts a Summer Internship Program, which has been a model for other ACC Chapters, and places Rising 2-L students in Chicago-area in-house legal departments to introduce them to the practice of law from an in-house perspective.

In addition, the program offers both individual and group mentoring programs focused on the “soft” and other skills critical to success in today’s professional world. Summer Internship Sponsors will have the opportunity to host a social/career development seminar with the interns and in-house counsel from host corporations.

Street Law Initiative Sponsorship

Legal pipeline development and meaningful connections with in-house counsel

ACC Chicago conducts an award-winning program with Street Law, Inc. through which ACC Chicago member volunteers lead engaging legal workshops in Chicago and Northwest suburban public high schools in an effort to encourage high school students to explore legal topics, role play and develop interest in legal careers.

In connection with the Street Law program, sponsors may elect to support either the Chicago or Northwest suburban program which would include multiple opportunities to engage with our membership.

Sponsors will participate in classroom visits with our member volunteers and host (or subsidize) a one-day conference with our member volunteers and students.

This program is a great way to demonstrate your firm’s commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of high school students.

Other Events

It should be noted that there are a few remaining one-off programs to which ACC Chicago has previously committed that may be periodically scheduled during the Program Year.

In addition, we may from time to time agree to co-sponsor events with other organizations whose purposes are consistent with the goals and values of the Chapter and ACC Global, in accordance with established guidelines. Sponsors of a la carte events will not be recognized as 2026 ACC Chicago Premier Sponsors and will not receive th full package of sponsorship benefits.
